What Makes Us Different?

What Makes us Different?

At Print & Procurement we believe we offer a different solution to print procurement from the traditional routes to market. The key to this is looking at total cost of acquisition. We do not believe that your costs should be governed by price. Instead we believe that all the following factors should be reviewed:

Correct specification of product

Where appropriate, Print & Procurement will help you with the specification of your product to ensure that you achieve the right result for your purpose which is also economically manufactured.

Market position of suppliers

We have a comprehensive database of suppliers in many market sectors.

Systems efficiency

We are driven by a strong belief that traditional processes should be challenged.

Price

We have wide-ranging experience of pricing conditions in different markets which are regularly updated.

Supplier management

We advocate monitoring supplier performance and reviewing this on a regular basis.

Length of relationships

We recommend that relationships are built on a long-term basis.  This allows both client and supplier to concentrate on cost and process rather than continually negotiating on price.

Process improvement

We believe that long-term relationships should have a regular review.  This means that contracts can be reviewed and adapted to changing circumstances and that maximum efficiencies can be implemented for workflows.

Print & Procurement also believe that most companies should maintain complete control their supply chain and supplier relationships.  We do not seek to place ourselves between you and your suppliers but, instead, to assist you to manage your supply chain in the most effective way.

Print & Procurement prides itself on having a transparent, open-book charging service.  We receive no commissions or other fees from suppliers, as evidenced by the fact that you will receive invoices directly from suppliers that we recommend and we bill our management charges separately.  We are not tied to any suppliers and work throughout the entire print market.  All suppliers that we recommend have been audited by Print & Procurement.  We also require that all suppliers keep regular quality control copies of your jobs.  In addition, every quote from us includes a statement of our management charges.
