Are you unsure about how to approach your next print project?
Print projects can seem really daunting. Especially if you don’t have the right expertise or sufficient resources in-house.
But if the projects don’t get done, you don’t achieve the results you need. And if they don’t get done with the right expertise, you still don’t achieve the results you need.
You need some skilled and knowledgeable assistance.
And that’s where Print & Procurement come in.
Print & Procurement can manage a project entirely on your behalf. Or we can work as part of your team.
But isn’t using external assistance full of problems?
Don’t projects often end up with endless extra costs?
All projects carried out by Print & Procurement have a defined scope and a confirmed cost against that scope. If it takes longer, you don’t pay any extra (unless you decide you need us to do more work). The only extra costs are our expenses, and we estimate these for you before a project.
What happens if the project does not work and wastes budget?
We set out large projects in stages and review at the end of each stage. If the next stage cannot be justified, we stop and you pay no more.
Can you only deal with projects in the UK?
We have clients in the USA, Gibralta and India, amongst other areas. Remote working is not a problem: we have run a number of projects in other countries.
What sort of guarantees can you expect?
The “ask our clients” guarantee
We’re keen that you don’t just take our word on our products. We welcome you speaking to our clients. We’ll put you in touch with a client that we have worked with on a similar project or training. Or, if you want to speak to anyone else who has a testimonial on this site, that’s fine too.
The “stop the project” guarantee
We set out large projects in stages and review at the end of each stage. If the next stage cannot be justified for any reason, we stop and you pay no more.
The “guaranteed price” guarantee
All projects carried out by Print & Procurement have a defined scope and a confirmed cost against that scope. If it takes longer, you don’t pay any extra (unless you decide you need us to do more work). The only extra costs are our expenses, and we estimate these for you before a project.
Here’s just some of what we can do for you
A full print audit
If you’re not sure where to start, we can carry out a full review of your print, your buying processes and your suppliers. And we’ll come up with recommendations for the best way forward. See more on the print audit page.
Tender management
We can carry out the creation of tender documents, research supplier lists and carry out supplier evaluation. Then we choose the correct tendering strategy and run bid processes electronically or traditionally and negotiate on your behalf. We will also create all tender documentation and service level agreements.
Service level agreements
We create agreements that work in the real world. We review your current documents, offer advice on supplier terms and conditions and create new agreements on your behalf. Find out more on the service level agreements page.
Supplier evaluation
We make sure that you are using suitable suppliers. We will credit check suppliers, require them to fill in a supplier evaluation form and carry out a factory visit where we will review, amongst other areas, quality controls, disaster recovery and environmental policies. A full report is produced highlighting areas of good performance and other areas where improvement may be needed.
Supplier management and monitoring
We can carry out supplier review meetings, implementation of management systems, the monitoring of suppliers through key performance indicators. We are happy to create systems for you to run, or. We can also monitor contract compliance by your suppliers.
Paper management
We can help you create the right paper management strategies, and help you put it all into practice.
What happens if you don’t see what you need here?
E-mail us or talk to us. We’ll happily discuss your needs and come up with a plan to help you. But only if we’re the right people to help you.
