Matthew ran three in-house training courses for me in the Winter 2009-10. He was extremely patient and helpful over selecting which courses to run.
Matthew’s course offering was very comprehensive and he was able to tailor parts of it to directly address issues and suppliers the trainees dealt with. He was also extremely punctual and polite at all times.
Post training Matthew was available for follow up questions and all those trained have found his teaching to be very useful and practical.
